These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and communication provided by Thomas Trimming Landscape ("Thomas Trimming"), a New York landscaping business based in Brockport, New York and serving Brockport, Spencerport, and Hamlin.

Service Terms

Pricing, scheduling, and scope of work are agreed upon between Thomas Trimming and the customer at the time of service request. Thomas Trimming reserves the right to refuse service for any property where conditions present a safety risk to crew, equipment, or the property itself.

Payment terms are presented at the time of estimate. Late payments may incur additional fees as disclosed at the time of invoice.
